Intended audience: Website owners
Important considerations before canceling a subscription
When an AudioEye® subscription is canceled, the service remains active until the end of the site’s current billing period. When the service becomes inactive, the site will return to its pre-AudioEye level of accessibility risk. The following benefits will be deactivated:
- the site's accessibility fixes,
- the Accessibility Help Desk, including personalization tools and the ability to report accessibility issues to AudioEye, and
- AudioEye Legal Resources, including the library of response documents.

To cancel a recurring subscription:
-
Log in to the AudioEye Platform.

Troubleshooting
Customers with enterprise contracts and customers who have purchased AudioEye through a reseller partner may not have the option to cancel or reactivate subscriptions from the AudioEye Platform. Enterprise customers should contact their dedicated Account Manager, and reseller customers should contact the reseller partner through which they purchased AudioEye for account maintenance help. If further assistance is needed, please contact AudioEye support.
