Signing up for AudioEye
To create an AudioEye® account, visit AudioEye.com and use the “Start Free Trial” button at the top of the page to sign up for a 14-day free trial. This will create an account on the AudioEye Platform containing the initial site registered.
Logging in for the first time
Users who know the email and password for their accounts should navigate to the AudioEye Platform login page and enter their email address and password to log in.
Enter the email address associated with the account into the “Reset your Password” form to send a password reset link to that email address.
If an account has been set up using Single Sign On (SSO) and users cannot log in, please contact the organization’s IT department for assistance. If the IT department cannot resolve the issue, please contact the organization’s AudioEye Account Manager.
Troubleshooting
If a password reset has been requested but an email has not arrived:
- Double-check that the email address entered in the “Reset your Password” form is the email used to sign up for the account.
- Check that the email is not routed to a spam or junk folder.
- If problems persist, contact AudioEye support.
