AudioEye® shall treat the Client Data in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted at www.audioyeye.com/privacy-policy as it exists on the Effective Date (the “Privacy Policy”). AudioEye reserves the right to revise the Privacy Policy from time to time and will provide Client with reasonable notice of such revisions.
