By no means is a screen reader forced to engage the AudioEye Toolkit solution in order to achieve an accessible user experience. The AudioEye Toolkit is not intended for use with a screen reader; however, there are features available within the Site Menu, Page Elements utilities made available from the Toolkit that can assist in the navigation of the website enabled with the technology. Further, for visual screen reader users (albeit a less common use case), the visualization tools made available from the tool offer additional options to customize the visual display of the website.
Additionally, through the AudioEye Toolkit, site visitors are provided options for reporting accessibility issues through the Help Desk. Submitted issues help inform AudioEye prioritization throughout the auditing, remediation, and monitoring processes, which are maintained for as long as the client is subscribed to the AudioEye service.
